The Southeast Regional Summit is part of The Regional Summit Championships – one of five regional events, actually – joining the West, Southwest, Northeast, and Midwest competitions, which are being held across two weekends in April.
For The Southeast Regional Summit, athletes and their guests will converge at the Georgia International Convention Center in College Park, Georgia, and Varsity TV will be there to provide live coverage of the event.
Last year, The Southeast Regional Summit was held in the same venue.
Throughout each season, All Star teams in eligible divisions can earn bids to the Regional Summit events. By having multiple competitions, teams can compete for the title of Regional Summit champion as close to home as possible.

What To Know About The Georgia International Convention Center
When The Southeast Regional Summit heads to College Park, Georgia, and the Georgia International Convention Center in 2024, many athletes will get to see the popular destination during a different part of the year, which could be fun.
The venue, which opened in 1979 and was expanded in 1996, features 300,000 square feet of exhibition space, 50 meeting rooms, a multifunctional ballroom, catering, and audio-visual services. It hosts more than 125 events each year.
The Georgia International Convention Center has become a regular host for cheer and dance events, including the NCA Atlanta Classic in January 2024. The nearby Georgia World Congress Center also has been a regular host on the 2024 calendar.
The venue is conveniently located less than a mile from the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. It’s so close to the GICC that participants and guests can get to the venue by car or by the free ATL SkyTrain, as the two locations are connected.
Once at Georgia’s newest, and second-largest convention center, visitors will see more than 300,000 square feet of space, more than 7,000 nearby hotel rooms, and top-of-the-line accommodations and technology.

The fine folks at the GICC also operate the Gateway Center Arena, a 5,000-seat venue that hosts sporting events, concerts, shows, graduation conventions, and more.
The Gateway Center Arena is the home of the Atlanta Dream, a professional women’s basketball team, and the College Park Skyhawks, the G League affiliate of the Atlanta Hawks.
